Website Launch Party: March 18th, 2015

WUGS is excited to announce that we are relaunching our website! Please join us to celebrate at the WUGS Launch Party on Wednesday March 18 from 5-6:30pm at the LGBT Center. Stop by to check out our website, chat with WUGS members, and participate in a special giving activity!

 

Giving Week: March 30th, 2015 - April 3rd, 2015

 

Giving Booth

At the entrance to Huntsman Hall, we will have a Giving Booth! We'll be giving free snacks and coffee to help carry you through your day.

 

Speed Networking Event

Along the same lines as Speed Dating, Speed Networking will allow a group of underclassmen to speak to seniors for short, rotating intervals about their experience at Wharton, academic and professional, and specifically about the industry they will be entering. Around eight industries will be represented.

 

MBA Panel--Second Chances

On March 31st at 6 PM, WUGS is hosting an MBA Panel on Second Chances. During the panel, you will have the opportunity to hear from a diverse group of MBAs about their experiences in the workplace and with receiving second chances. After the panel, there will be an opportunity to network with the MBAs. 

 

Giving in Business Case Competition

We will be having a contest where groups of 3-5 students will be able to pitch to us how a company can adopt principles of Give and Take, in the form of a typical "case competition" but with a different topic than most. More details to follow!
